The theme of the 2010 Report is - “
Reaching and teaching the most marginalized“ . The Report will explore the factors that perpetuate marginalization, along with the success – or failure – of public policy responses, focusing on two core areas:
- Access to schooling and learning opportunities
- Teaching, learning processes and achievements
The comments should be submitted by email before March 16rh.
